If treatment is necessary, we usually make a written quote (or quotes if there are more treatment options), which is printed out immediately. The advantages and disadvantages of each possible treatment is explained, before a decision is made.
We do not have agreements with insurance companies. If you do have dental insurance, it is up to you to claim any reimbursement yourself from the insurance company, normally by sending in the invoice and your insurance claim form. We will fill in the dentist' part of the insurance claim form without charge.
